Job Description
  • Acting as single point of contact for external auditors during audits preparation and execution
  • Gathering evidences/documents for external auditors and its critical self- assessment
  • Monthly reporting of the all audit types open actions status to the top management and flagging actions at risk
  • Preparing monthly reports and presentations to the Senior management on audit activities
  • Strong cooperation with internal and external Clients (Auditors, Global Information Security Officer, Global Data Protection Coordinator,Operational teams, Tower Heads and Process Management)
  • Preparing high quality outputs from risk governance meetings and distributes them monthly to the senior management
  • Preparing compliance awareness trainings and campaigns for all employees
  • Makes sure that internal procedures on information security and data protection are up to date and announced to the organisation
  • Designing and executing controls on compliance with data protection/information security
  • Tracking information security incidents, designing preventive actions and monitoring their implementation
  • Reporting directly to Global Delivery Audit & Compliance Manager
The Successful Applicant
  • University Degree or other professional qualification(s)
  • Professional experience similar to the position you are applying to
  • Basic knowledge of typical financial processes in organisation (general overview AP, AR, GL)
  • Basic knowledge of information security and data protection standards
  • Experience in SSC/BPO structures or other international companies will be a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint), Sharepoint, DocSpace administration
  • Excellent English language command
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills, hands-on attitude
