

Who we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience (internships included) in the areas of customer services, human resources or compensation & benefits;
- Very strong organizational skills;
- Ability to identify critical business risk and proactively offer solutions;
- Very good knowledge and experience in MS Office;
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in both English and Polish;
- Client Service Orientation;
- Cross-cultural awareness & sensitivity;
- Experience in the area of Global Mobility will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of the Polish labour law and payroll will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of taxation rules and immigration requirements will be an advantage.
Other prerequisites

Your future role
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to provide advice and guidance on planning international assignments;
- Provide daily support for Deloitte expatriates both on long & short term assignments;
- Respond to day-to-day business queries related to policies and procedures;
- Work closely with internal and external key functional stakeholders (immigration, tax consultants, legal, payroll, relocation) to ensure timely and quality services are provided;
- Work on implementation of global mobility policies and processes;
- Maintain and promote global mobility program;
- Advisory support in hiring foreign workers.
