Friendly competition is in our DNA. The 1818 Social Club seeks to create opportunities that are both competitive and social in nature, bringing colleagues from all over the Firm together in an informal, fun atmosphere. Join a football league, play some volleyball or go for a run with some colleagues – the range of activities is limited only to the extent of employee interest and imagination. You can participate in the 1818 Social Club by proposing and planning activities, by playing on a team, or by cheering your colleagues on!
We believe one of the best things about our employees are the qualities that make them unique – their experiences, interests and capabilities. Our employee-led BANC networks celebrate these differences and provide opportunities for our employees to develop skills, experience valuable cultural connections and support key business initiatives. These groups aim to enhance personal growth, cross-business idea sharing, and inclusion, while strengthening relationships among colleagues, clients, business partners and communities.
