JTI GBS Poland is the global business service center. It is the largest of its kind within JTI worldwide. By the end of 2023, it will employ nearly 1000 people. The employees of the Center are responsible for supporting various areas of JTI's Group operations, including finance, marketing and sales, HR, research and development, legal and regulatory affairs, and the global supply chain.
The Global Business Service Center, JTI GBS, since the third quarter of 2021, is located in the office complex of Fabryka Norblina and occupies three floors of the building. It boasts a modern office space of 8.5 thousand square meters! Our GBS office in Warsaw has received a world-class recognition for creating an office space that meets sustainable development requirements and has obtained the BREEAM certification.
In addition to achieving the highest BREEAM Outstanding certification rating, our GBS office has also been recognized as the most environmentally friendly space among all assessed buildings in Poland, thus receiving the second highest rating in the world. This result is a testament to the joint efforts and dedication put into creating a new office space that not only meets but exceeds environmental standards, and supports JTI's long-term commitment to sustainable development.
