Networks and Communications Operations Manager

Location: Warszawa,

As the Networks & Communications Operations Manager in the area of Global IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum availability and operational health of global network services — including WAN, LAN, Internet, Security, Remote Access, Unified Communications, Call Centres, and Video Conferencing. You will manage incidents, crises, changes, and service delivery in close collaboration with global service providers.

Position:

  • Ensure high availability and performance of all network services
  • Manage incidents in line with SLA and lead escalations with service providers
  • Coordinate and lead troubleshooting efforts in crisis situations
  • Evaluate service readiness and approve new service implementation or changes
  • Monitor and enforce SLA compliance with all providers
  • Oversee capacity performance and provide improvement recommendations

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, especially in telecom and service provider management
  • Proven track record in network service delivery, including Data/Voice/Video, Remote Access, IP Telephony, and Security
  • Crisis, Change and Problem Management experience
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices and SLA reporting
  • Certifications (nice to have): CCNA+, Fortinet NSE4+, familiarity with Cisco IOS, FortiGate, F5 Big-IP, Ivanti Pulse Secure
