Key activities

The Total Rewards Team is tasked with managing, developing and continuously improving Amway’s compensation, benefits and mobility programs, processes, systems and tools that guide how Amway employees are paid and the benefits they receive around the world. This is a compelling role for the right talent, if you would enjoy a broad range of exposures to multiple projects, systems, program administration and consulting activities. This is truly a global team and your day-to-day responsibilities will have you talking and working with global partners to guide global relocation, provide analysis, and support systems and tools that guide best practice programs.


How you would contribute to the role:


Partnering with the Manager of Amway’s Global Compensation and Benefits Programs/Processes, this position will:

  • Actively influence and ensure the global mobility principles and practices are applied consistently and appropriately across the enterprise. This position serves as the enterprise expert on global mobility policies, practices and program administration
  • Monitor and refresh Amway’s Global Mobility framework in alignment with the company’s strategy
  • Determine and implement best-in-class Global Mobility practices
  • Manage global mobility and relocation vendors to provide a smooth end-to-end experience for international assignees
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments such as Legal, Finance, International Tax, etc., to ensure that legal, taxation and other financial obligations are met and tracked accordingly.
  • Initially this position will primarily be responsible for administration and support of Amway’s global mobility programs; however, as a member of our Global Compensation and Benefits team, this role will have the opportunity to grow and develop through participation in various additional compensation and benefit projects
Profile we look for
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of professional experience in mobility and/or a closely related Human Resource function
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Proven project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities with competing deadlines
  • Experience in compliance orientation and policy interpretation
  • Experience in interacting with all levels of employees, business and HR leaders and colleagues on technical matters
  • Robust skills in all Microsoft applications to include Excel.  Demonstrated experience collecting, extracting and interpreting data to provide meaningful solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to identify key barriers and core issues, partner to develop solutions and influence decision makers to adopt them
  • Strong process orientation and continuous improvement mindset
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately deliver against tight deadlines
  • Sensitivity and ability to adapt approach to support assignees across all levels, cultures and geographies
  • Flexibility in his/her availability to support assignees within and outside of standard business hours
