Job Description
- The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to establish cooperation with main investors, design offices and general contractors present on the market.
- Establishing cooperation with distributor's network and design offices is a key task to obtain the largest possible share of the lighting solutions in the assigned territory.
- Development and execution of sales plan in line with corporate sales strategy.
- In this role education of clients / distributors (showing business advantages) is as well important as sales.
- Oversee and evaluates market research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
The Successful Applicant
- Five to eight years of successful professional background preferably in a company cooperating with distribution network and end- users in lighting or fit-out segment.
- Master Degree in the area of Design, Interior Architecture or Marketing
- Extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of sales processes via distribution network
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
- Already experienced in team management
- Fluency in English, Polish would be essential
- Very good organisation skills, as the position is independent (home office).
- Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
