About the role:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting bigger streams of work or leading smaller projects and conversation with internal and external clients on the design, development, and optimization of HR processes within an organization. This role involves in-depth analysis of HR practices.

Our Requirements:

  • Industry knowledge: practical project experience in the field of Payroll/C&B transformation. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
  • Consulting experience: practical experience in project management in the HR and Payroll environment, with extensive experience in Payroll process design, optimization, and transformation.
  • Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work.
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong presentation and moderation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills as well as system experience (e.g. Oracle HCM/ Success Factors/Workday/ServiceNow/Zendesk).

Your future tasks:

  • Leverages own process / domain knowledge to lead the development and evolution of products and services.
  • Supports best practice design and provides guidance and direction to operational teams in process implementation.
  • Drives continuous improvement and automation of the Payroll/C&B process.
  • Process Assessment: Takes part in comprehensive evaluations of existing HR processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
  • Process Design: Develops and design efficient and scalable HR processes.
  • Change Management: Supports change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensures that HR processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Works closely with internal and external HR Teams and other departments in all project stages: requirements gathering, HR process design and project implementation.
