Key activities

• Leads medium size, mid-term projects within large scale transformation programs
• Coordinates the work of cross-functional teams, across several countries
• Develops, manages and reviews status of projects, manages schedules and prepares reports, tracks budget, communicates appropriately to key stakeholders
• Contributes to Organizational Change Management and Training,
  support related to communication material development and training delivery to end-users
• Creation of project work plans and tracking progress
• Co-responsible for the creation of project documentation
• Co-responsible for risk and issue management, follow-up with relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigation
• Provides scheduled and ad-hoc support to different parties within business transformation program
• Coordinates preparation activities and planning for infrastructure support to project events, onboarding sessions, discovery workshops, sprint reviews and collaboration meetings

Profile we look for

• Minimum 2 years of proven project leading experience
• University degree
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence) is beneficial
• Ability to work in an international project environment
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies, scrum certification is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated team player with the ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously. 
• Willingness to learn, openness for new ideas
• The ability to articulate or demonstrate ideas and plans
• The ability to relate to staff at all levels
• The ability to encourage & motivate people
• Intercultural sensitivity – ability to work and influence across different countries and cultures
