Job Description
- Provide coaching to the team members and define training needs to constantly drive engagement and improve the performance of the team
- Implementation of recruitment projects for IT positions (Developers, Architects, Infrastructure) and business roles (Project Managers, Business Analysts)
- Creating, posting detailed job and project descriptions
- Managing candidates database and exploring new sourcing channels
- Co-create the talent attraction strategy
- Creating and recommending recruitment strategies and approaches
- Building strong positive relations with candidates
- Support in employer branding activities
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting IT
- Great communication skills, ability to building relations, professional attitude
- Work effectively under time pressure with changing priorities in dynamic environment
- Strong organisation skills - ability to project manage, multitask and prioritise effectively
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
