Functional tester
Your role:
Assure that the software we deliver is of the best quality, basically:
- review and analyse requirements
- constantly cooperate with analysts, developers and clients to assure high quality of software being delivered
- create and execute test scenarios
- detect, report and monitor defects
- defects management
- report on testing effort status
- lead small team of testers
We require:
Ability to do your best, in more detail:
- at least four years of testing experience
- very good English (B2 minimum)
- very good communication skills (both oral and written communication) and ability to work in a group
- independence and proactive approach
- practical knowledge of HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps or other supporting software
- availability 5 days a week
- willingness to travel (30% of time or more)
- knowledge of CRM systems would be nice (preferably Salesforce)
