You will be responsible for:
- Drive and supervision over comprehensive Process Management System in SDC, including
- Creation of ‘SDC Service Delivery Process Management’ development strategy, its implementation and maintenance
- Development and maintenance of policies governing process migrations. Service on-boardings oversight,
- Development and execution of process standardization agenda,
- Development and maintenance of continuous improvement system (top down & bottom up),
- Development and execution of process automation agenda,
- Active participation in new service development, redesign of existing services to build valuable SDC product portfolio.
- Accountability for Cost optimization target in managed processes,
- Close cooperation with delivery teams on process compliance monitoring incl. necessary remediation (process compliance/delivery compliance),
- Close cooperation with the “Quality and Knowledge’ division on the definition, implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) for operational processes,
- Close cooperation with the ‘Quality and Knowledge’ division on maintenance of appropriate knowledge base for managed processes,
- Management of ‘structured Process Feedback system,
- Close cooperation and support for Client Relationship Managers on process related matters,
- Leading the team of process managers,
- Accountability for process team budget.
Expected qualifications:
- University education,
- Experience in comprehensive management of service/production processes,
- Proven experience in Lean (Services/Manufacturing) management,
- At least 5 years of experience in team management,
- Fluency in English,
- Understanding of SSC/BPO environment, including stakeholders’ expectations,
- Certification - Six Sigma Black Belt is an asset.
