Job Description
- Internal/External Reporting of Actuals - Manage the coordination and consolidation of month end and quarter end finance activities
- Review and manage the preparation of the annual payable budget for all In Licence contracts
- Forecasting and Budgeting - Preparation of the cost of Long-Term Incentives plans for the Forecasting and Planning cycles
- Responsible for calculation of the IFRS2 charge for local entity statutory accounts
- Compliance and Control - Manage internal Sarbox compliance
- Maintain effective communication with the Business, Markets, Regions and Corporate finance teams regarding all aspects of reporting
- Process Improvements - Deliver process improvements to current ways of working along with any ad hoc project activities as required from time to time
The Successful Applicant
- Accounting degree or qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Working knowledge of IFRS
- Experience of working with SOX
- Experience of working in a corporate environment
- Fluent English (minimum C1)
- People management skills
