Job Description
- Creation and timely sending of offer letters and contracts to new starters and third parties
- Pre-employment checks
- Signed documentation to be stored and tracked
- Welcome emails and on boarding of new associates into the HR system
- Time and absence management in the HR system SOC compliance and reporting
- Required system cleansing and update
- All employee life cycle letters including post employment requirements
- Knowledge and participation in GDPR activities
The Successful Applicant
- Advanced French and communicative English
- Experience in HR Administration
- Very good command of MS Office
- Knowledge of Workday system will be an advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and excellent attention to details are required
- Good team player creating positive atmosphere in the group
