About you

You'll also have

• Full range of strategic management and leadership skills.
• ITIL / eTOM and prince 2 accreditations (Working knowledge is acceptable if an SME in one)
• Comprehensive knowledge of several areas within the technology function and how their processes and resources interact with other areas within the function to achieve functional and business objectives
• Proven track record of delivering the elements of transition within a complex program environment (minimum 3-5 years)
• Extensive experience of strategy planning and delivery
• Ability to multi-task across multiple project disciplines to achieve common goals

Responsibilities

• Provide an input to the strategic leadership of the project/programme
• Deliver the transition work stream within large, strategically important and complex contracts/groups of contracts and/or acting on the most significant bids
• Responsible for leading a matrix team to deliver contractual service targets, manage cost reduction within the programmes, drive service improvement activity and improve customer satisfaction on large and complex customer contracts
• Managing customer expectations during the transition phase of new product and service introduction
• Working with the IT teams to enhance the operational efficiency of the delivery teams through the introduction of new IT architectures
• Work within a tightly controlled review and governance process, to ensure all projects/programs and product launches are tightly controlled and adhere to standard operating models.
