Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing project management and analytical skills to deliver project activities including: requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training design, development, delivery and post production support

  • Delivering key HR Operations projects in conjunction with your manager

  • Supporting the delivery of key HR transformation programs/projects across Global HR

  • Partnering with others in GHRSS to ensure a strong governance model and control framework exists for all process across GHRSS

  • Reviewing processes to ensure a proactive approach to continuous improvement, operational efficiency and risk mitigation across GHRSS

  • Contributing to HR Operations readiness delivery of Global Payroll and Time & Attendance projects across multiple locations

  • Performing other duties as requested by regional and global payroll and GHRSS leads to provide business continuity

  • Managing individual project deliverables or phases, including project administration, reporting on project deliverables & key milestones to Global Project Manager

  • Developing strong, collaborative relationships across GHR CoE’s

  • Coordinating/contributing to resolution of audit, compliance and regulatory issues in accordance to due dates.

 

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably financial services/banking

  • Strong background in operations and project support will be a great advantage

  • Fluent English language skills

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio etc.

  • Strong presentation skills scalable to various levels of audience

  • Sound relationship building skills and stakeholder management

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and customer service skills

  • Strong self-initiative with results orientation

  • Strong attention to detail and end-to-end process

  • Capacity to work in a dynamic business environment regionally and globally

  • Ability to present complex scenarios in simple, understandable language in line with the needs of the target audience

  • Ability to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
