• Minimum bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in IT security related roles (e.g. penetration testers, system administrators, information security analysts, IT auditors, software developers)
• Professional certifications (e.g. OSCP, OSWP, OSCE, GPEN, GXPN)
• Deep, hands-on, technical experience with security assessment tools
• Offensive attack hacker mindset, social engineering skills and ability to show passion and enthusiasm for security and technology
• Some experience developing exploit code or scripting and editing existing code using one or more of the following: Powershell, Perl, Python, ruby, bash, C/C++, C# or Java
• Experience with physical security assessments, including the use of proximity card spoofing or copying devices will be an advantage
• Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems
• Flexibility to travel

• Develop and conduct purple and red team exercises for a wide variety of government and commercial clients across multiple market sectors
• Conduct hands-on technical assessments beyond automated tool validation, including full exploitation and leveraging of access within multiple environments to identify gaps in detection and response capabilities of client networks
• Research new threats, attack vectors and document tools, techniques and tactics used by worldwide known adversaries
• Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences
• The role is based in Warsaw, but strong candidates based in other locations in Poland will also be considered
