Scope of Responsibilities – principal tasks

  • Training for clients (external), support only   2-3hrs each session, 2 sessions per month
  • Training for internal stakeholders (EMEA FR)                2-3hrs each session, 2 sessions per month
  • Training preparation, administration 8hrs per month
  • Access setup – assumption is self driven per instructions for internal staff             10hrs per month
  • Access setup – for external staff       12hrs per month, 3hrs each week
  • Setting up clients/adding funds to existing mapping    8hrs per week
  • Maintenance of funds/contacts/publicholidays           4hrs per month
  • Application support, first point of contact      10hrs per week
  • Escalating issues to Level 2 support 2hrs per month
  • User feedback and improvements facilitating                3hrs per month
  • Meeting with Product Dev team       2hrs per month
  • Ad hoc queries from Product Dev team          4hrs per month

    Required to support the change management process, enhance communication and training, during implementation of the changes,

  • Goals: 

  • 1) Ensure all EMEA staff queries are responded to within defined time (tbc, escalation   methods)

  • 2) Support migration plan through dedicated training sessions

  • 3) Support migration plan through account setup and maintenance

  • Goal tracking method: measurement of resolved IMT inquiries, training sessions delivered, completion of migration plan and client on boarding
  • Introduce and train Financial Reporting teams on new technology
  • Track and report the status of team’s projects to Management
  • Take on ad hoc project work as required from your managers

 

Qualifications

Bachelor degree at minimum. Understanding of Financial Reporting would be advantageous.

 

Industry Knowledge    

General knowledge of finance industry. Fund administration and reporting is a plus.

  • Highly proficient with computer
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to learn workings of new financial software
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and development - identifying & addressing internal client needs
  • Able work independently and to managing multiple tasks / priorities / projects
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English. Must be able to communicate effectively with employees in other departments, at all levels and be able to describe and explain processes
  • Focused and committed to deliver quality results in a given timeframe
  • Ability to manage under pressure, work under deadlines
  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems, promote solutions and identify opportunities to improve
  • Understanding of financial reporting would be advantageous
