We are currently looking for a Digital Director, join us if you are:

A natural collaborator, you've worked closely with senior clients, and technical subject matter experts to inspire and lead high quality projects utilising your delivery experience and understanding of complex solutions. You will have an interest and understanding in several technologies, from CMS, UX/UI, CRM, Commerce, MarTech to Mobile/Web frameworks, you live and breathe all things digital and have had experience with digital technology and web architecture, gained from a consulting / agency background. You'll have a passion for identifying and growing new business opportunities while having credibility to pull senior clients out of their comfort zones while taking them on a journey of Digital Innovation.

Do you have?

• Demonstrated expertise and recognition for your eminence, having built a strong reputation as a subject matter expert in the Digital landscape;
• You will have managed senior client stakeholders and have the credibility to pull them out of their comfort zones while taking them on a journey of Innovation;
• Minimum 8 years within a client facing management consultancy, delivered digital strategy and advisory engagements to top clients;
• Deep knowledge of a specific industry (Retail, Manufacturing, or other).

The Digital Director industry-focused role is critical to the on-going growth of our practice. You will be working on our most innovative, challenging and complex projects, and you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and leading the delivery of client projects.

You will be expected to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with other designers, developers, project managers and clients develop practical, implementable strategies, solutions and interactive concepts.

Along with the experience and energy you bring to the team, you'll be responsible for:

* Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors, leading the client relationship

* Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

* Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

* People Development: Perform role mentor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

* Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting for a portfolio of projects; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement ris
