We are looking for professionals with different levels of seniority - from Scrum Master to experienced Agile Coach. 

Qualifications:

Agile Coach / Scrum Master are required to have:

• Relevant consulting or industry experience managing and delivering large scale technology projects using Agile delivery methodology;
• Minimum of 2 years working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master;
• Should have leadership experience with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone;
• Exceptional problem-solving skills;
• Must be proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools;
• Good communication skills;
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM or SSM);
• SAFe certification would be a plus;
