Intern - Payroll
Workplace: Poznań
Global Payroll team is looking for a Payroll Intern to support the Poznan office in day to day payroll processes and employee absence administration, currently running payroll projects and other administration duties. As a team is processing payrolls for many European countries, we are seeking for a communicative, detailed oriented and reliable candidate with a strong interest in payroll.
Working with us, you will be responsible for:
- Support in our internal Employee Absence Administration
- Involvement in monthly payroll and benefits activities
- Reports and statistics
- Support the Team in the day to day work in all Payroll related matters
- Involvement in Payroll Projects

We are looking for candidates who:
- Student of Economics, Administration (or similar), specialized in Human Resources or Finance/Accounting
- Very good analytical and mathematics skills
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English; German being an asset
- Practical education and first working experience would be an advantage
- Be dynamic, pro-active and show a result-oriented working manner
- High communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point)
