Scope of duties:
- query management
- query resolution
- escalation support
We are looking for candidates with:
- English: Fluent (B2/C1)
- good team player
- open minded
- responsible for assigned tasks
- fast learner
- AP/Help Desk experience as an asset
- Customer service/query handling experience as an asset
- Any other European language as an asset (Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch}
