Job Description
- Co-create and deliver a strategic technological vision,
- recruit, lead, motivate and grow the software development teams,
- manage all aspects of engineering activities, great software engineering practices and accurate sprint planning & delivery,
- constantly refine existing engineering processes and suggest minor or major improvements,
- support technical leads and architects in their career's development in both hard as well as soft skills area.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and participate in constant defining the company's growth plan,
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must,
- excellent leadership abilities with proven success,
- growing and managing software development teams,
- strong background & skills in technology and technical leadership,
- great written and oral communication skills,
- fluent English.
