

Who we're looking for
You have substantial experience in participating in the implementation of enterprise business process in banking sector, together with IT solutions implementation as well as:
- Understanding concept of End-to-End business processes, customer journeys and process frameworks in general;
- Ability to create and maintain business capability, interaction diagrams, process, and business requirements, user stories, requirements backlog.
- Work with multiple capabilities, functional teams, and/or departments to gather and document the E2E processes, user stories and requirements, recommending locations and ways of implementing business requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, based on processes efficiency and IT solutions capabilities;
- Using enterprise architecture software tools (such as ARIS, JIRA) to design and govern processes and requirements implementation the organizations;
- Translate high-level business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications;
- At least 3 years of experience in business functions or processes such as daily banking, accounting, lending, payments, credits, or equivalent as preference;
- 3-5+ years of Information Technology experience in business processes and systems analysis and/or architecture design and deployment;
- Experience in business process re-engineering, requirements definition, and workflow analysis, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates stakeholder needs;
- Leadership experience in managing or leading cross-functional teams or projects, track record in teams or project management;
- Able to employ the right approach and methods to make the maximum use of time and resources;
- Analytical, results-driven;
- Excellent interpersonal, creative, and communication skills that allow effective, proactive working relationships in a team-oriented environment;
- Adept at simplifying and explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience participating in, or have a familiarity with traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
- Able to complete tasks on set budgetary parameters and targets;
- Core banking systems implementation experience and related organizational impacts (functional, business requirements, processes, roles, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory;
- Ability to cooperate in international environment;
- Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
- Ability to travel locally and internationally, delivering large scale transformation programs
- Consulting and project delivery experience – preferred.
