Position Description

As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with the Head of HR EMEA to support in a wide range of activities, from coordinating meetings to creating insightful HR reports and data points. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and Senior Clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests. You will be part of the EMEA HR Analyst Team who will be supporting the Head of HR EMEA, the HR Business Partners and HR Country Heads in EMEA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing incoming correspondence and documentation and managing its distribution
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls and information requests
  • Day-to-day support to personnel regarding business travel arrangements, leave management, coordination of training
  • Maintaining the calendar of the Head of HR EMEA
  • Room and resources bookings for meetings falling under the responsibility of the Head of HR EMEA as well as organising their agenda and support meeting preparation where required
  • Maintaining and following up on action lists for the Head of HR EMEA and the wider HR Business Partner Team
  • Compiling feedback on various HR topics from key stakeholders, translating the results and presenting them effectively to the Head of HR EMEA
  • Providing ad hoc reporting within specified guidelines to support the EMEA HR Business Partner & HR Country Head team
  • Supporting the HR Analyst Team in delivering standardized monthly reporting dashboards

 

Requirements:

  • Completed secondary education. Ideally a vocational education in the secretarial domain
  • Successfully completed university degree in Human Resource Management would be an asset
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluency  in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience with Workday beneficial
  • Excellent communication, planning & organizational skills, willingness to learn
  • Customer and service focus & results orientated attitude
  • Strong decision-making skills with a solid understanding of the HR functions
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data
