Job Description
- Process AP documents
- Prepare and book journal entries for AP (invoices, credit notes)
- Reconciliation of AP accounts
- Prepare payment proposals
- Initiate wire transfers or other method of electronic payment
- Identify and suggest potential process improvements
- Maintenance of relevant documents for audit
- Perform other tasks related to the AP process
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Finance and Accounting, Economics or similar
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting
- General understanding of accounting process in the SSC company
- Fluent in English and German (min. B2)
- Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and client orientation
- Motivated by challenging, high-energy, flexible environment
