Job Description
- Lead the daily activities of a team of 10 VBA Developers: building, developing and maintaining the financial reports and dashboards
- Lead the implementation and standardization of the global finance reporting process and the further improvements
- Monitor and evaluate the standards applied for reports/dashboards development
- Liaise with Information Management, SAP Experts and Finance departments
- Manage the performance of the team that meets established requirements of quality, quantity, completeness, and timeliness.
- Assuring people development by providing regular coaching and training to the team members
- Work on the architecture of the reporting environment such that it fully supports business needs, today and in future
The Successful Applicant
- Strong people management experience (3+ years) in the reporting area
- Degree in Finance, Information and Communications technology or Business
- Experience in creating and maintaining reporting department within finance scope will be highly preferred
- Strong business analytical skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions
- An expert in Excel/VBA solutions with a proven experience in building and developing reports and interpreting data
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite (SQL/Access/etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in BI-related solutions is required
- Ability to build strong and successful team and lead and motivate others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationship across various stakeholders
