Job Description
* Assist with the accounting and financial analysis * Participation in month-end closing process and preparation of quarterly balance sheet analysis * Prioritize daily work load to meet department and corporate goals * Review General Ledger accounts and post any corrections/discrepancies * Responsible for monthly reconciliation of accounts * Participating in improvement/process optimization projects * Responsibility over accounting, tax and statistical reporting in assigned entities * Preparation of ad-hoc reports * Maintaining fixed assets register and monthly processing of depreciation * Assist with financial audits
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field * Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance and Accounting Operations * Strong skills in working with expenses, accounting and ability to reconcile accounts * Strong - oriented to gain new knowledge * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Superior customer service skills in a finance environment * Very good knowledge of English * Knowledge of German language will be an asset * Advanced MS Office skills * Knowledge of ERP software
