Technology Manager, Financial Crime Unit

The role

• Managing IT consulting projects (propose IT solution, gather business and technical requirements, support in vendor selection, supervise implementation)

• Design and develop IT solutions (idea development, solution design, implementation management and commercialisation - go to market plan and sales management)

• Looking for new innovations and solutions in AML / FinCrime space

Candidate’s profile

• Experience in IT project delivery (preferably for Financial Services sector)

• Innovative, entrepreneurial and eager to learn

• Knowledge of Financial Services industry

• Experience in managing projects, processes and teams, decisive and results-oriented mindset

• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work with different stakeholders to resolve complex issues

• Experience in building relationships with Clients

• International profile, willingness to travel and get involved in international projects, fluent English
