Job Description
  • Well established, globally recognized consumer goods company trading within FMCG sector,
  • Execute HR plan, budget, HR priorities and people strategy,
  • Understand the business environment, strategy and people implications,
  • Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees,
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and values,
  • Consult on organizational design and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes,
  • Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention,
  • In partnership with leaders, develop workforce plans that ensure our success for the long term,
  • Investigates, analyzes, and makes appropriate recommendations regarding complex employee relations issues filed internally,
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ year's experience in HR Business Partner or other HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR project management or program implementation,
  • Previous consumer goods, manufacturing or distribution experience,
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching and communication,
  • Strong HR and business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and initiative,
  • Workday experience preferred.
