Job Description
- Well established, globally recognized consumer goods company trading within FMCG sector,
- Execute HR plan, budget, HR priorities and people strategy,
- Understand the business environment, strategy and people implications,
- Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees,
- Implement employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and values,
- Consult on organizational design and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes,
- Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention,
- In partnership with leaders, develop workforce plans that ensure our success for the long term,
- Investigates, analyzes, and makes appropriate recommendations regarding complex employee relations issues filed internally,
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ year's experience in HR Business Partner or other HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR project management or program implementation,
- Previous consumer goods, manufacturing or distribution experience,
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching and communication,
- Strong HR and business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and initiative,
- Workday experience preferred.
