Job Description
- Managing and coordination of Service Quality team
- Focus on data quality and data audit
- Trend analysis and data analysis
- Implementation of changes into the system and preparation documentation of processes
- Involvement in transformational processes
- Cooperation with other departments
- Providing trainings for employees from various departments
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ professional experience in similar area (HR, data quality, dana management, data analysis)
- Experience in international structures is a must
- Proficiency in English
- Focused on data and data quality
- Passionate about people
- Experience in HR filed is not mandatory
- Experience in team management is not mandatory
