Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:

Key activities
  • Develops, manages and reviews the status of projects, manages schedules and prepares reports, communicates appropriately to key stakeholders
  • Creates and updates project documents such as roadmaps, project plans, task lists, process maps, role mapping documents, etc.
  • Prepares and coordinates workshops with end-users and key stakeholders to review and redesign roles assignment and business process models where required
  • Develops appropriate tools to execute activities as required (status report templates, VBA macros, etc.)
  • Deliver roles analysis, review assignments in the system, create mapping documents and support training plans preparation activities, proposes and drives improvements
  • Provides end-user support after system release in the area of roles and responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains business process maps
Profile we look for
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • The possession of strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn, open for new ideas
  • The ability to articulate or demonstrate ideas and plans
  • The ability to relate to staff at all levels
  • The ability to encourage & motivate people
  • Intercultural sensitivity – ability to work and influence across different countries and cultures
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
