Key responsibilities include:
- Working with existing clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the initial communication and subsequent responses
- Using a variety of tools, data sources and disclosure responses to deliver a client response
- Handling assigned queries and archive disclosure responses in line with team targets
- Respond to any ad hoc existing investor queries
- Ensuring that Client communication is fulfilled to a high standard and delivered on time
- Ability to multitask and to manage competing priorities given broad portfolio of Clients
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Proven ability to adapt to changes and problem solving
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum 2 years of an experience
- Prior experience in KYC/ Customer Service/ Financial area
- Ability to work in a potentially high pressure, client-driven environment
- Strong English knowledge (B2 is a minimum)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing multiple projects and tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
