Job Description
- Understand our software environment and business context;
- Identify the gap and work on a long term plan of digitalization (3y plan) together with Business Development manager, including:
- Business process optimization;
- Deploy digital tools to automatize the daily work of sales, supply chain, production and HR departments; (project of reducing manual and repetitive data entry, by implementing global macros and/or create links between software,etc)
- Lead e-commerce project and its start-up;
- Take over existing SEO project and website management;
- Once proficient, support future deployment of SAP with the knowledge of business process optimization
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor/Master degree in IT or applied Mathematics; or degree in another domain but with a strong experience/background in IT related jobs
- Min. 5 years' experience in similar job positions (IT specialist) with a touch of wide spectrum of software solutions
- Strong software skills
- Strong team working spirit and willingness for communication and integration
- Fluent in English
- Driving license
- SAP knowledge (Hybris, SN/4 HANA as an asset)
