Our Requirements:

• You should be a university student (able to work min. 30 hours a week) or a recent graduate with a degree qualification in IT, engineering or business related field. We are looking to check who you are, and what you can do rather than execute, which university degree you own.
• We are looking for ambitious people, who are not afraid to step out of the line. Maybe you do not have any professional experience yet but we cannot wait to hear about your work in students organizations and even failed own projects.
• A combination of analytical mind with problem-solving abilities and team player with perfect communication skills.
• Strong motivation towards professional career development. We would like to work with people who really care about their work and purpose.
• You have no idea how to make refinement of product backlog items, cut development teams for squads, tribes, chapters or conduct effective planning meetings? We do not care. You just need to be interested in technology and business and we will guide you.

• Constantly expanding your own knowledge and expertise in the Technology Consulting field.
• Delivering successful projects with the client dedicated project teams.
• Preparing materials to realize project goals and objectives. Yes, we are using content prepared by you and that is why English, PowerPoint, Excel and very good analytical skills are mandatory.
• Advising our clients about project management issues. We are highly interested in Agile, Scrum, Lean IT, Kanban practice side but we also know how to deliver demanding project in the Waterfall.

Technology Strategy & Architecture team advises Deloitte’s clients how to leverage new technologies to effectively support business and enable innovative development. We develop IT strategies and help to plan complex IT transformation programs. We support clients in selection of best solutions covering end to end IT architecture (including CRM, BPM, core systems, integration platforms and Omnichannel Front End solutions covering not only Web but also mobile). We collaborate closely with other Deloitte teams (e.g. Digital, eCommerce) and leading technology vendors (e.g. SalesForce, Temenos). Our key clients are international banks.
