Job description:

We are looking for senior RPA specialist with blue prism certification or expertise to lead digital transformation in Customer Operation scope.

Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is an integral part of the Digital Innovation priority in Customer Operations. By appropriately leveraging bots as part of a LEAN Continuous Improvement process, resources in Customer Operations can be liberated from manual, repetitive work and can focus instead on higher- value added tasks. RPA also has the potential to significantly increase the speed and accuracy of processing. All these improvements should contribute to not only additional business value, but also improve the Employee Value Proposition of our people in Customer Ops by supporting staff to develop/equip for capabilities for the future.

You will be responsible for delivery of the Robotic Process Automation agenda in the ERA (Europe, Russia, Africa) region. This will include but not limited to enabling the People, Process and Systems from project intake, prioritization through to implementation and value realization. This will be done in collaboration with stakeholders across the region to solve business operations pain points, transform work processes, while embedding RPA as part of the Continuous Improvement culture in Customer Operations.

This role will be responsible for setting up the People, Processes and Systems to drive maximum business value in RPA including:

 

  • Identify, prioritize, and scope RPA opportunities with stakeholders across the region;

  • Plan for scaling & replicating of RPA capabilities across the region;

  • Embed Eliminate Simplify Standardize Automate (ESSA) mindset, lead the regional RPA program, driving widespread adoption and deployment of RPA across the region through stakeholder collaboration and engagement.

  • Analyze, design, code and implement RPA solutions within region, ensure RPA solutions are built according to standards by enforcing process controls.

  • Working closely with the RPA Leads across regions and RPA Centre of Excellence to maximize automation benefits and drive best practice implementations;

  • Embed Controls

  • Ensure robust Business Continuity Plans are in place in the event of RPA failure

  • Collect and report KPI’s and metrics related to automation(s).

 

Requirements:

 

  • Blue Prism certification or expertise

  • English C1

  • Proven experience in the successfully building or supporting excel macros/ Visual Basic scripts/Access and/or other forms of automation

  • Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

  • Ability to apply principles of continuous improvement, standardization and simplification of business processes

  • Proven track record of managing and successfully delivered projects

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, building and maintaining effective relationships and able to communicate with both a business and IT audience

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to work through complex issues independently

  • Ability to work with an agile approach, especially with evolving requirements
