Who we are looking for

The individual will be part of the EMEA Chief Administrative Office Shared Service (EMEA CAO) in Poland.  The main task is to execute Resiliency related reporting that will be developed for key business services: e.g. Fund Accounting, Settlements, Payments, Custody.  This will serve as an early warning indicator of our ability to absorb the impacts of potential disruptions to key business services.

What you will be responsible for

  • Production of MIs for key senior stakeholders in the region;
  • Implementing innovative reporting techniques and new tools which enhance the process and improve efficiency;
  • Manage implementation of advanced reporting tools;
  • Following up actions arising from committee meetings;
  • Propose and maintain Resiliency indicators ensuring completeness, accurateness and relevance;
  • Preparing data related to Resiliency MI, making updates in relevant databases (Access, SharePoint, Tableau);
  • Maintaining respective action logs and charters;
  • Perform or effectively accommodate relevant ad-hoc analysis;  
  • Monitor changes to business services dependencies and follow them in cooperation with stakeholders in the region;
  • Provide administrative support for Resiliency related processes and projects;
  • Taking part in strategic discussions and workload planning;
  • Communicating and presenting professionally to senior stakeholders.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of professional experience (preferably related to Management Information, Data Analytics or reporting in a financial regulated organization);
  • Experienced in reporting, with good presentation skills, using data visualization software (Collaborate/SharePoint, SQL, Tableau, Python);
  • Advanced PC literacy including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of Business Process Modelling and Lean Management will be an asset;
  • Confidence to engage with senior staff from different State Street locations;
  • Experience in process optimization and improvements is desirable;
  • Operational Resilience experience will be an asset;
