Job Description
- Deliver customer driven targets, by ensuring the requirements of the clients are continuously met and exceeded
- Build and lead the team and ensure they are delivering a high standard of customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationshipswithcustomers, internaldepartments (salesmanagers, finance and logistics
- functions, and the production plants) to deliver the optimum levels of customer service
- Monitor customer sales plan, quota, credit limits, overdue payments, and taking action when needed
- Maintain customer related system data and price agreements
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education, Preferably in Logistics, Economics, Finance or other relevant
- Experience in creating, leading, developing, and motivating a team of Customer Service executives
- Proven track of record in knowledge migration, process design and implementation in Customer Service area
- Excellent understanding of Supply Chain, P2P, O2C; capability to expand thinking to end-to-end supply chain
- Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, SAP R/3 sales receivables, SAP APO)
- Positive, proactive and customer focused attitude, ability to quickly analyze situations and solve problems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - a team player, comfortable in an international matrix set-up
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
- Fluency in English, any third European language will be an advantage
- Availability for business travel
