Job Description
- Contribute and maintain PMO process and templates
- Ensuring process improvement in the PMO and project space
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate portfolio of projects
- Defining scope and develop detailed project plans with activity planning and sequencing and ensuring resource availability and allocation within scope
- Monitor, track and report on progress accurately and on time
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Managing Risks and Issues
- Excellent PMO and Project documentation skills
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring execution
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule
- Working with Vendors and various global teams and stakeholders
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system
- Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Must have PMP, Prince2 certification or equivalent Project Management certification
- Must have specifically managed software and integration projects end to end for a minimum of 5 years
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and especially in Microsoft Project
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
- Be professional, have a positive "get it done" attitude and a strong work ethic
- Must be fluent in English
