Key Account Manager, Poland (m/f)


For our Client - an international producer of steel - we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager Poland who will assist company growth and profitability through new customer acquisition, as well as by increasing current customer spend.

  • This is a home based/remote position and will cover Poland
Job Description
  • Develop and manage sales activity within specified territory;
  • Responsible for proactively seeking new business and maintaining established relationships, preparing proposals, administering presentations, negotiating, and controlling all aspects of the sale;
  • Attend trade shows and industry association meetings;
  • Identify, forecast and track new and existing accounts;
  • Provide high degree of customer satisfaction and "after the sale" support.
The Successful Applicant
  • University degree in Business Management or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience - steel industry preferred;
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales;
  • Ability to negotiate and close the sale to all levels of management;
  • Ability to work independently but able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Performance driven and excellent communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and confident, with the ability to work proactively;
  • Customer focused and service oriented;
  • Business level in English (oral & writing);
  • Position requires frequent travel;
