Who we are looking for

A Talent Development Programs Manager with experience in developing talents across organizations. You will report directly to the Training & Development Manager EMEA and support/manage program activities.

What you will be responsible for

As a Talent Development Programs Manager you will

  • Design and support State Street’s enterprise structured career development programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate and partner with regional managers to ensure processes and strategies meet EMEA needs.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with participants and stakeholders.
  • Identify metrics, and framework for the programs.
  • Provide support for performance management needs of the programs.
  • Measure and report on the impact of talent development initiatives.
  • Manage enterprise-wide talent development platforms, including SharePoint and web-based sites we own.
  • Research and introduce industry best practice and talent development trends to support continuous growth and learning of the talent development function.
  • Interact with vendor/partners to enhance and improve development opportunities for high potentials.
  • Champion talent development assessment across the organization.
  • Identify creative and innovative ways to drive participant engagement and commitment.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s degree.
  • Min. 5 years of project/program management experience.
  • Demonstrated background measuring and reporting on the impact of talent programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and working knowledge in SharePoint.
  • Fluent English skills.
