Key responsibilities include:
- Process all trades on relevant dealing day
- Process dividends as declared by the funds and update Fund Accountant on trading activity
- Validate and approve Transfer Agency transactions
- Issue shareholder correspondence, including statements at month end and as requested by shareholder
- Establish contacts with all areas and all levels at inter departmental
- Update Fund Accounting and client on trading activity in line with procedures or Service Level Agreements
- Work closely with Supervisors on audit and other requirements
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis and have this evidenced
Qualifications:
- BA/MS degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance; experience in Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency nice to have
- Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
- Ability to multitask and to manage competing priorities given broad portfolio of clients
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Good knowledge of standard Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds is an advantage
- Proven ability to adapt to change and problem solving
