Junior HR Reporting Specialist

Your role and responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly HR standard reporting and report packages
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses
- Support User and Access Management for the MAHLE global HR Reporting systems
- Support and work together with the global HR Reporting Team in Stuttgart (Headquarter in Germany) on all topics related to the global HR Reporting process and projects
Your Skills and Strengths:
- Educational background in HR, Finance or IT
- 1-2 years of work experience in an HR or Finance reporting role is advantageous
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
- Working experience with SAP ERP (Finance/ HR) preferably in report creation, data extraction and data analysis
- Good team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Self-driven, service- and result oriented personality. Good analytical skills
- Business fluent in English (written/spoken) is mandatory,
- Good German language skills are a strong advantage
