Junior Finance Specialist Portuguese Speaker
Who are we looking for?
Candidate’s profile
- Very good knowledge of Portuguese (C1 at least)
- Good knowledge of English (B2 at least)
- Good analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Team work approach
What will you do?
- Support external vendors by responding to P2P queries
- Support Client employees – be like a guide who knows the process and can advise
- Process and manage Q2R queries in a timely matter according to SLA requirements
- Monitor individual queue of tickets
- Create and update Master Data Records – for vendors, customer and product inventory
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Client finance departments and external vendors
