Senior Salesforce Developer

Essential responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities

• Developing and maintaining business requirements on Force.com platform applying best practice of design patterns (with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities)

• Writing Unit Test for developed functionalities

• Presentations of design and implemented solutions to customers

• Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects

• Implementing and maintaining accelerators for future projects

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

• Leading a small (2-3 persons) project team in the scope of decomposing and delegating tasks, monitoring the progress of work and taking responsibility for the quality of the whole solution provided

• Providing constructive and meaningful feedback

• Proactively sharing knowledge as well as introducing new people to the team and teaching others

• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 

• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with object oriented programing language (Java or C# preferred) in commercial projects

• 3+ years’ experience with APEX, Lightning Framework, Visualforce,

• Experience with web technologies like HTML, Javascript, jQuery and CSS

• Salesforce.com Certified Developer. Nice to have: Salesforce Certificates (eg. Platform Developer 2 and Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant)

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services

• Competency with relational database and SQL

• Ability to manage and deliver set of complex business requirements

• Open minded seeking for innovative solutions

• Very good spoken and written English. Capable to manage communication in a team, moderate discussions, draw constructive conclusions, resolve conflicts.
