Who we are looking for:

This position requires an HR professional with minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll/Admin/HR role, preferable in international, corporate environment, with working knowledge of Polish Labour Law. Strong analytical skills and very high attendance to details.

What you will be responsible for:

As Payroll Administrator role you are responsible for

  • Administration of payroll data and files and employees’ database (ensure all payroll-related documentation is processed correctly and in a timely manner as required by Polish Labor Law and internal procedures);
  • Support the payroll administration process inter alia reporting;
  • Provide regular as well as ad-hoc HR and Payroll reports, data and statistics;
  • Responsible for supporting Payroll activity for Poland in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local legislative requirements;
  • Ensure effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties/vendors/third parties and follows up on administrative details within or across divisions that includes handling confidential and sensitive information that pertains to employee personal sensitive data;
  • Perform special Payroll and HR projects and tasks as assigned;
  • Manage employee Payroll and HR questions within agreed SLA’s;
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of processes.

 

What we value:

As Payroll Administrator role required skills

  • Min. 1-year experience in Payroll or HR Admin role in international, corporate environment with a strong understanding of local labor law regulations
  • Fluency in written and oral English. (very good level)
  • University degree - with specialization in Finance/Accounting or HR will be an asset
  • Working knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Very good Excel skills (practical usage of various functions i.e. pivot tables v-look up and others)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to deliver high quality work and to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management and handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic business environment
  • Team player with a strong customer focus
  • Working knowledge of HR systems an advantage, with WorkDay and PeopleSoft experience a plus.
  •  High Stress resistance

 

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR or Management educational background
  • Payroll Knowledge
  • 0-1 years exp with Payroll or HR
