Technical Support and Logistics Junior Specialist with German
Who are we looking for?
Before you start our induction training we will check if you:
- would like to start your international career
- want to have a daily contact with English and German language
- are open to working with clients
- speak English at B2 level & German at C1
- are interested in the technical field
What will you do?
- Handle technical product queries from customers
- Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
- Handle customers' complaints, assigning them a partner, managing interactions
- Generate basic reports on several performance factors for evaluation purpose
- Prepare troubleshooting presentations
- Actively participating in the troubleshooting meetings
