Job Description
- Coordinating a team of 9 specialists: identifying areas for employees' development and supporting them in developing their skills by providing training, coaching, delegating and constructive feedback
- Monitoring team's deliverables within Administration area mainly for the U.K.
- Building strong professional relationships with the Client, attending Client and internal meetings
- Supporting in managing escalations across the global account team, monitoring escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon KPIs and SLAs
- Identifying and reporting risks, cooperation with the audit team
- Applying Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices within a team
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lease administration within real estate including 1 year of experience in team management
- Fluent in English, another language is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environment
