Job Description
  • Coordinating a team of 9 specialists: identifying areas for employees' development and supporting them in developing their skills by providing training, coaching, delegating and constructive feedback
  • Monitoring team's deliverables within Administration area mainly for the U.K.
  • Building strong professional relationships with the Client, attending Client and internal meetings
  • Supporting in managing escalations across the global account team, monitoring escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon KPIs and SLAs
  • Identifying and reporting risks, cooperation with the audit team
  • Applying Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices within a team
The Successful Applicant
  • Higher education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lease administration within real estate including 1 year of experience in team management
  • Fluent in English, another language is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environment
