Requirements
- 5+ years in financial services, operations, or business analytics,
- strong experience in KPI development, reporting, and management information,
- advanced Power BI and Excel skills, excellent PowerPoint for executive audiences,
- fluent English, additional languages a plus,
- analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills,
- experience with headcount, budgeting, and cost management,
- familiarity with AI, data strategy, or data warehouse environments is a plus,
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- manage key operational data and KPIs, producing reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making at the executive level,
- develop Power BI and Excel visualizations and analyses combining productivity, cost, and business performance data,
- oversee budgeting, headcount planning, and unit-cost processes to drive efficiency and monitor deviations,
- coordinate data and AI initiatives, supporting transformation projects and process optimization,
- prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights,
- support cross-functional and global projects, ensuring consistent reporting, monitoring of key performance indicators, and decision-making support.
