Mission

Business Analyst will work as a member of the global custody product team and support custody product managers globally to drive key product activities, e.g., analytics, trends, metrics, reporting. Provide support and assistance to customers and team members on other key product questions, e.g., RFP support, client product question research.

 

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Analytics - Work with product manager to conduct routine and ad hoc analytics to support key initiatives and inform decisions, e.g., cash sweep, overdraft, account opening;
  • Metrics & Reporting;
  • Produce metric and reports on regular basis, including visualization and automation with the direction from Strategy Product Team;
  • Gather data from product senior stakeholders on a regular basis;
  • Mining data from various systems and organizing it to support key performance metrics;
  • Work with Global Services Product team and PMO team to produce high-quality; management reporting on a periodic basis by deadline, consisting;
  • Maintain and update the reporting template according to PMO Leads’ direction;
  • Ability to do analysis using data available and tell a meaningful story for Stakeholder;
  • Analyze data and insights into actionable summaries through the use of clear, insightful, and scalable visualizations;
  • Work with leadership to understand measurement metrics;
  • Streamline ways of collecting data and minimizing redundancies;
  • Compare assessments from each program for data overlap and data collection redundancies;
  • Consolidate data collection tools and forms across the agency;
  • Support cross-agency data collection and sharing activities, as advised by the Product Leads.

     

Skills we value:

  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in a financial services;
  • Education degree in economics, business, finance;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel / PowerPoint.

     

Soft Skills:

  • Self-driven, flexible, open-minded, proactive, efficient, responsible, organized and detailed oriented;
  • Strong in written / oral communication in English;
  • Collaborative, a good team player;
  • Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines;
